The international dimension of our practice
Attorneys’ Association “Bauman Kondratyuk” has been built since its founding in 2015 as a firm with a genuinely international character. Offices in Kyiv and Vilnius, the Lithuanian bar qualification of counsel Vilius Nikitinas and close cooperation with Polish, Baltic, European and non-European colleagues allow us to handle cross-border matters for our clients without intermediaries.
We work at the intersection of Ukrainian, Lithuanian and Polish law, with hands-on experience in EU law, private international law and the conventions on the service of documents, the taking of evidence and the recognition of judgments. For other jurisdictions we draw on a vetted network of specialist partners — from the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Czech Republic to the United States, Canada, the UAE, Cyprus and the wider Middle East.
Every cross-border project is run by a single team on our side: one partner is accountable to the client, coordinates foreign counsel and oversees budget, quality and timing. The client speaks with us in one language — Ukrainian, English or Polish — and receives a single consolidated legal position covering every relevant jurisdiction.
