Since 2015, Attorneys’ Association “Bauman Kondratyuk” has guided businesses through their most complex corporate, tax and litigation matters. We work out of our own offices in Kyiv and Vilnius. We are looking for people who aspire not simply to practise law, but to shape it.

Attorney, Litigation
- Represent clients in commercial, civil and administrative disputes across all instances, including the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
- Draft procedural documents, legal positions, objections, appellate and cassation submissions.
- Develop case strategy and engage with clients as an equal partner on every project.
- Valid Ukrainian Bar certificate (attorney-at-law qualification).
- 3+ years of genuine litigation experience and a proven track record of wins.
- Clear, argued legal writing; English at Intermediate level or higher.
Attorney’s Assistant
- Prepare procedural and advisory documents under the supervision of an attorney: statements of claim, responses, complaints, legal opinions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of legislation, case law and Supreme Court positions on specific client matters.
- Work with public registries, manage cases from filing to judgment, communicate with courts and counterparties.
- Master’s degree in law (completed or in the final year of studies).
- 1+ year of practical experience at a law firm, in-house team or judiciary.
- Attention to detail, polished written Ukrainian, working knowledge of English.
Administrative Secretary
- Run day-to-day office administration, manage document flow and incoming/outgoing correspondence, coordinate with courier and postal services.
- Coordinate partners’ calendars, book meeting rooms, prepare materials for client meetings.
- Welcome visitors at the highest standard of hospitality and serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone and email.
- 1+ year in an administrative role (law firm, bank or consulting experience is a plus).
- Impeccable Ukrainian, English at Intermediate level or higher, confident MS Office user.
- Discipline, accuracy, refined communication and absolute respect for confidentiality.

A technical discussion, a thorough review of the case study and answers to your questions.

FAQ
What you should know before applying
Yes. For graduates and junior lawyers we keep an open “Attorney’s Assistant” position — a full-fledged career start with attorney mentorship and exposure to real court cases. We also welcome candidates with in-house or public-sector experience.
The default is hybrid: three days in the office (Kyiv, 39–41 Shota Rustaveli St., or Vilnius) and two days remote. For specific roles and projects, the format can be discussed individually.
Yes — for Senior Associate level and above, both to our Kyiv and Vilnius offices. The package covers moving expenses and support during the first three months of accommodation.
Yes, but please indicate your priority role in the form. If there is no perfect match for your first choice, we will gladly consider you for adjacent positions.
On average, two to three weeks from application to offer. We respect your time: at every stage you receive clear feedback within five business days.
