A firm founded by practising attorneys
Attorneys’ Association “Bauman Kondratyuk” was founded in 2015 by senior Ukrainian attorneys Yurii Bauman and Oleksandr Kondratyuk. The firm advises businesses and private clients, including on complex cross-border matters.
We represent individuals and corporate clients in criminal proceedings, including corruption offences, economic crime, and offences in public office. We act before the courts at every instance, including the Supreme Court, with a strong record in complex commercial disputes, in insolvency, and in international arbitration.
Beyond Ukraine, our practice extends to Lithuania and Poland — through our Vilnius office and our long-standing partners in Warsaw. This enables us to support business relocation to the EU, multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions, and the cross-border enforcement of judgments.

A partner runs the case
Every matter has the personal attention of one of the partners. The client is not passed down a chain of associates: the strategy is set and defended by the same person who signs the written submissions.
