The team of the «Bauman Kondratyuk» represents the interests of enterprises from various regions of Ukraine in cases of compensation for damage and lost profit in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
In the category of damage compensation cases, it is important to determine the amount of damages. At the request of the lawyers, “Bauman Kondratyuk”, the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine reported that a special Methodology for determining the damage and amount of damage caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation was approved by the Government’s resolution.
By resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy together with the State Property Fund of Ukraine developed and approved by joint order dated October 18, 2022 No. 3904/1223 the Methodology for determining the damage and amount of damage caused to enterprises, institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership as a result of destruction and damage to their property in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, as well as the lost profit from the impossibility or obstacles in the conduct of economic activity (hereinafter – the Methodology). The specified joint order was registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 02, 2022 under No. 5416/5 .
