Professional experience

Oleksandr Kondratyuk is a co-founder of the Attorneys’ Association «Bauman Kondratyuk», an attorney focused on corporate law, international transactions and the protection of clients’ assets in complex negotiation and litigation processes.

Having obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Ohio Northern University (USA) after graduating from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Oleksandr combines the Ukrainian legal tradition with the Anglo-Saxon approach to contract work. This combination is particularly sought after when structuring cross-border investments and providing representation in international arbitration.
