Professional experience
Yurii Bauman is a co-founder of the Attorneys’ Association «Bauman Kondratyuk» and an attorney leading the firm’s administrative and criminal practice. He has practised as an attorney since 2007, handling complex legal situations where regulatory pressure, criminal proceedings and clients’ business interests intersect in a single strategic task.
Combining an engineering background from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with a legal education obtained in Warsaw (SWPS), Yurii brings analytical precision and structural thinking into legal work. This dual education gives him the ability to break the most intricate cases down into clear components and build a step-by-step strategy.
Within the Ukrainian National Bar Association, Yurii chairs the Committee on Administrative Law and Procedure and serves as Deputy Chair of the Committee on Criminal Law and Procedure — thus shaping the standards of the profession he has been practising for over eighteen years.
