Vilius is widely recognised as an industry-leading transport lawyer with deep insight into the sector and unparalleled expertise in transport law. He works across the entire transport industry, including highways and road transport, rail, aviation, and maritime and port infrastructure. His advice covers all aspects of transport projects, from financing and operations to construction and development.

He also has extensive experience advising leading multinational companies on United Nations sanctions, EU sanctions, and export control regulations. Vilius routinely advises clients across a variety of industries on conducting global business in compliance with export controls, economic sanctions, and national security restrictions.

Vilius has 20 years of experience in international business projects, including advising international companies and individuals on the organisation, conduct, and security of business activities.
